FPGA Development
The company El Camino was founded in 1999 by former and long-time employees of the company Altera. The name of the current Altera development environment Quartus goes back to a suggestion from one of the founders of El Camino.
As a partner of leading FPGA manufacturers Altera, Lattice and AMD (Xilinx), El Camino offers all services related to programmable logic.
By using modern tools, such as Altera’s Platform Designer or DSP Builder, the customer receives an excellently structured project. The use of standard blocks or interfaces and their combination with customer-specific modules results in a transparent overall system that can be easily transferred and maintained by the customer.
FPGA projects can be executed as turnkey projects or in close collaboration. The latter in particular enables an efficient development of know-how on the customer side and allows even demanding or large projects to be implemented independently in the future.
